The Cloudswift from On is engineered for the city. This third generation has been pretty radically updated. The side panels have been made lighter, and the CloudTec outsole has been redesigned with dual-density Helion foam for an even softer landing and increased forefoot cushion. They have reinforced it with rubber to provide traction whether wet or dry. The new zonal knit upper is essentially one stretchy piece (kind of like a sock), making it easier to slip on and off than the previous generation, as well as accommodating more foot shapes with its increased flexibility. Ample heel padding helps lock your foot in place while decreasing the chance of blisters. Last but definitely not least, almost 1/3 of the shoe is made from recycled materials, so you can feel good about feeling good.
